Terms of Use
The following Terms of Use is a legal contract between an individual user and 123Cheeeze photobooth defining the rules and acceptable behavior of your website and services. Please update these guidelines according to your specific policies.
Welcome to the website of 123Cheeeze photobooth. By accessing our site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use and are bound by all applicable laws and regulations.
The site and its original content, features, and services are owned by 123Cheeeze photobooth and are protected by international copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other proprietary rights laws.
If, for any reason, we believe that our Terms and Conditions have not been upheld, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website without prior notice or liability.
Terms and Conditions
1 PAYMENT: A 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to accept the quotation and confirm the
booking. The balance is payable by means of proof of EFT. Final and full payment is due 14 days prior to
the function. Please note that in case of last minute bookings, a full payment is due in order to confirm
booking.
2 VALIDITY: The quotation is valid for 7 days and is subject to availability.
3 CANCELLATION: The 50% is NON REFUNDABLE. All accepted quotations, not cancelled in Writing
within 2 weeks before the function date, will be charged for in full.
4 PUBLIC LIABILITY: All public liability claims are the responsibility of the client.
5 OVERTIME FEE: An additional fee of R1250,00 on Printing packages will be Charged for every hour
after the agreed operating time. This amount will be payable to 123CHEEEEZE PHOTO BOOTH
by no later than the first working day after the function.
6 BOOTH ATTENDANT: 123CHEEEZE PHOTO BOOTH reserves the right to substitute the allocated booth
attendant if deemed necessary.
7 PHOTO STRIP DESIGN AND PROP SPECIFICATIONS: Specifications must be provided at least two ( 2 )
weeks prior to the function and may not be changed once it has been approved. The use of standard
props is free of charge. All props supplied by 123CHEEEZE PHOTO BOOTH will remain the property of
123CHEEEZE PHOTO BOOTH.
8 TRAVELLING DISTANCE:
A rate of R5.20 per km will be charged to travel to any area, this includes return.
9 POWER SOURCE AND SETUP SPACE: An area of 3m x 3m is needed for the booth to be setup. Please
ensure that is near a reliable power source so that the booth can function properly.
Please asure that the venue has a Table or 2 for the props avaible.
10 SOCIAL MEDIA AND PROMOTION: All images of event will be placed on our social media platforms
and be used as advertising examples.
All guests using the 123CHEEEZE PHOTO BOOTH hereby give us: The right and permission to
copyright and use all photographic portraits and pictures of any photo booth user who may
be included intact or in part, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for
illustration, promotion, advertising or any other purpose.
11 NUMBER OF GUESTS IN THE BOOTH AT THE SAME TIME: No more than 10 guests will be allowed in the
booth at the same time. This is for the safety of the guests and the booth attendant.
12 NO Drinks, Cigarettes, smoking or any sharp objects, is allowed inside the Booth.
13 All Children Under 6 years must be accompanied by a Adult
14 All Damaged Props will replaced by the cost of the client.
15 DAMAGES: Should there be any damages made to the equipment caused by the client or client's
guest, the client will be held responsible and billed accordingly.
16 POWER FAILURE: We will not be held accountable for power or electronic failure.
17 CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL: 123CEEEZE PHOTO BOOTH cannot be held responsible for any
circumstances that may prevent us from attending your event; these may include, but are not limited
to severe weather conditions, traffic delays, breakdown of our vehicles, sickness or equipment failure.
In the case that we cannot attend or fulfil your hire due to events beyond our control we will contact
you or the venue as soon as possible. In these instances our liability will be limited to the refunding
of ALL of monies paid.
18 WEATHER: Seeing that we make use of electronic equipment we cannot function outside on a rainy or
windy day. Please take this into account when you plan our area at your function.
19 RISK: 123CHEEEEZE PHOTO BOOTH cannot be held responsible for any injuries whatsoever.
